Neonatale ichthyosis - scleroserende cholangitis (NISCH)-syndroom is een zeer zeldzaam complex ichthyosis-syndroom, gekenmerkt door hypotrichose van scalp, alopecie door littekenvorming, ichthyosis en scleroserende cholangitis.
