Eine autosomal-rezessive zerebelläre Ataxie (ARCA), die durch eine progressive zerebelläre Ataxie mit häufiger okulomotorischer Apraxie, schwerer Neuropathie und einem erhöhten Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP)-Serumspiegel gekennzeichnet ist.
