Die Hypomyelinisierung mit Basalganglien- und Kleinhirnatrophie (H-ABC) ist gekennzeichnet durch langsam progrediente Spastik, extrapyramidale Bewegungsstörungen (Dystonie, Choreoathetose und Rigor), zerebelläre Ataxie, moderates bis schweres kognitives Defizit und Anarthrie/Dysarthrie.
