Définition
Le syndrome de Netherton (SN) est une maladie cutanée caractérisée par une érythrodermie ichtyosiforme congénitale (CIE), une anomalie capillaire caractéristique (trichorrhexie invaginata, TI) et des manifestations atopiques.
