Ichthyosis hystrix van Curth-Macklin (IHCM) is een zeldzaam type keratinopathische ichthyosis (zie deze term) dat wordt gekarakteriseerd door de aanwezigheid van ernstige hyperkeratotische letsels en palmoplantaire keratodermie (PPK; zie deze term).
