La dystrophie cornéenne granulaire type II (GCDII) est une forme rare de dystrophie cornéenne stromale caractérisée par des dépôts aux contours irréguliers et bien démarqués sur le stroma cornéen central superficiel, et avec détérioration progressive de la vision.
