La fente laryngo-trachéo-oesophagienne (FLTO) de type 4 est une malformation congénitale sévère de l'appareil respiratoire, caractérisée par une fente étendue à la trachée thoracique, parfois jusqu'à la carène, avec détresse respiratoire.
