A rare malignant sex cord stromal tumor of ovary of unknown histological lineage, occurring in adult women, characterized, in most cases, by manifestations of androgen excess (hirsutism, hair loss, amenorrhea, or oligomenorrhea) and, occasionally, Cushing syndrome.
