Isolated anogenital granulomatosis

Definition

A rare urogenital disease characterized by the presence of granulomas in the genital or anoperineal area presenting with painless swelling, inflammation, ulcers and lymphoedema. It is usually associated with a history of recurrent perianal or genital lesions.
